That's what Christmas means to me, my love

Christmas break is supposed to be relaxing, right? The first week was, but since then I do not feel as though I've slowed down! We watched Brad, Nathan, Mitch, and Phillip, among others graduate the first weekend of the break and went to the choir and band performance at Jordan's school the following week. The weekend before Christmas, Jordan and I went to Montgomery to have Christmas with both sides of his family. We attended his first work Christmas party, complete with karaoke and got to spend some time with Lindsey Lee and the Pilgreens the week of Christmas. We went to Georgia to spend a few days with my family before going to Mississippi to spend Christmas with Jordan's family. I am now back at home in Georgia, after a pit stop in the Valley yesterday for lunch and the afternoon. I've eaten way too much over the break and have not stopped to exercise since the week before Christmas.

For those of you who do not know, Jordan and I plan to move to Birmingham once we are married in May. Jordan is applying for divinity school at Beeson on Samford's campus, and we are praying and keeping our fingers crossed that I will find a teaching job somewhere close. On Tuesday, Jordan and I spent nearly 8 hours looking at apartments in Birmingham. We saw some really nice apartments, some not-so-good apartments, some sketchy apartments, and some homey apartments. We may had made our decision, so that is one more thing to check off the list. I also got my wedding gown fitted today!
