The next question on the blog challenge is whether or not I am a fitness guru or a couch potato. I can honestly say I am somewhere in between.
I get on fitness kicks. I order a new DVD, set my alarm to run, or do ab exercises each morning and evening. I am awful at keeping a consistent pattern. I have several pilates dvds, a magic circle, a pilates ball, weights, Jillian Michaels' dvds, just to name a few. I love to be active. It just takes me a lot of motivation to do so. I'll go for several weeks in which I exercise several times a week and then will take a several week hiatus from exercising.
It's hard for me to see benefits all of the time with exercising. I guess I'm blessed with the body I've been given because it seems that even if I do not exercise, I'm fine. I just want to start good habits for the rest of my life. It's funny this question came now because I am itching once again to start a new workout routine. Wish me luck!
